Yoga for Runners:
Building Strength and Finding Release

Whether you are an accomplished runner, weekend jogger, or looking to enter your first race, you'll benefit from a wise sequence of yoga poses and functional movements to build dynamic joint stability and improve your recovery. In this workshop you'll learn the fundamentals of myofascial tensioning, from foot to core, and essential release and stretching techniques to regain length and improve recuperation. Workshop attendees will leave with two routines: a sequence for your rest (non-running) day, and a post-workout sequence of simple, dynamic movements plus Phil's "secret sauce breath practice" for speedy recovery. No previous yoga experience necessary.
