Yoga to Help Teens Sleep

Sleep is critical for teens' mental and physical development and for their day-to-day sense of well-being. In this workshop, we will explore yogic practices and techniques for getting a restful night's sleep. We will also discuss our sleep routines and design and plan optimal bedtime habits. For teens ages 12-20. No yoga experience necessary.
