Yoga Tune Up® Flow

Yoga Tune Up® brings practical yoga philosophy to the nuts and bolts of healthy human movement. In this innovative, 90 minute practice, we will move through a playful sequence and take surprising detours from our usual asana flow. We'll explore mini vinyasas and dynamic stretches that can help you gain strength, flexibility, and resiliency in all systems of your body AND break through movement patterns that may no longer be serving you.
We will end the class with therapeutic self massage techniques with tennis balls or Yoga Tune Up®️ balls, which can help to release any residual tension and encourage a long, restful mind-body relaxation.
This workshop is appropriate for students who are comfortable in Yoga Level 1-2 classes and above.
