Our classes
Yoga Level 1 / Yoga for Beginners
These classes are perfect if you are new to yoga or if you are looking for practices that focus on the basics.

Yoga Level 1-2
If you already have some yoga experience, you'll find a variety of classes to help you expand and deepen your practice.

Vinyasa Yoga
Flow yoga, or vinyasa, is a more dynamic practice that includes flowing sequences of postures.
Gentle Yoga Practices
These classes offer a slower paced practice with lots of props and variations to ensure that poses are accessible and safe.

Yin, Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga
These classes offer a slower paced practice with lots of props and variations to ensure that poses are accessible and safe.

Kids & Family Yoga
Kids, teens, and families will have fun and learn mindfulness through the playful use of yoga poses, breath awareness, and relaxation practices.
Mindfulness & Meditation
Build the skills to create space for clarity and calm within a supportive community.

Prenatal & Postnatal
These classes offer pregnant and postpartum people the opportunity to relax, build strength and flexibility, and feel more comfortable in their changing bodies.

Fitness & Pilates
These classes offer mindful, intelligent practices that focus on building core strength, stability, coordination, balance, and focus.

New Students — 3 classes for $33
Standard registration price per class — $16 to $20
Single drop-in fee — $25
Sliding scale fees and partial scholarships also available.

Circle Yoga Cooperative is a warm, welcoming community of students and teachers who come together to practice yoga, mindfulness, Pilates, and other wellness modalities.
As a cooperative, our goal is to be a sustainable enterprise that offers excellent classes with exceptional teachers—in a beautiful space where students can connect, find greater ease, and cultivate self-awareness. We are also focused on providing a supportive work environment for teachers and staff, with fair wages and equitable business practices.
The studio offers classes and programs for all ages and stages of life. Students can choose from a variety of styles and levels of difficulty, so that everyone can be supported on their own journey. We also offer sliding scale pricing and partial scholarships to help make yoga and mindfulness more accessible for everyone.
