Yoga for a Healthy Back

Fridays at 1pm w/ Kathy (hybrid)
Sundays at 5:30pm w/ Bonnie (virtual)

Coping with back trouble—or trying to avoid it? Use breath and movement to build awareness, mobility, and strength to support the upper, middle, and lower back. This class is based in yoga, and we'll incorporate other techniques including myofascial release and strengthening / stretching with resistance bands.

Standard registration price per class — $16 to $20
Single drop-in fee — $25

Circle Yoga Cooperative is a warm, welcoming community of students and teachers who come together to practice yoga, mindfulness, Pilates, and other wellness modalities.

As a cooperative, our goal is to be a sustainable enterprise that offers excellent classes with exceptional teachers—in a beautiful space where students can connect, find greater ease, and cultivate self-awareness. We are also focused on providing a supportive work environment for teachers and staff, with fair wages and equitable business practices.

The studio offers classes and programs for all ages and stages of life. Students can choose from a variety of styles and levels of difficulty, so that everyone can be supported on their own journey. We also offer sliding scale pricing and partial scholarships to help make yoga and mindfulness more accessible for everyone.

Come join us and enjoy our light-filled yoga studios, a shop filled with books and props to support your practice, and a contemplative Zen garden outside.
