Registering for the session comes with lots of flexibility! Take classes at your own pace, when it works for your schedule.  And share your registration with household family members!

After choosing your registration option, be sure to reserve space for the specific classes you plan to attend. Some classes do fill, and we hate to turn new and expecting parents away!

Yes, you can still join us for Spring Session classes through June 23 with the 3 for $33 Intro Offer, a 4 Class Pass, or a Single Drop-in. Current registration options are valid for the Summer Session (June 24 - August 25) classes only.

This Prenatal Yoga class offers pregnant people the opportunity to relax, build strength and flexibility, and feel more comfortable in their changing bodies. Classes include movement and breathing practices, relaxation techniques, and mind/body awareness. This is a mixed-level class, open to people in all stages of pregnancy—beginners are welcome! It's also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents and parents-to-be. After baby arrives, join us for the Baby & Me Yoga class on Fridays!

Baby and Me Yoga combines postpartum strength-building exercises and breath-based relaxation for adults as well as gentle movement for babies. In this one-hour session, you'll get the chance to bond with your baby, move, stretch, build strength, and connect with fellow new parents. Mothers, fathers, caregivers, and babies all welcome. Classes are designed for babies 6 weeks to pre-crawling. Postpartum parents are welcome to attend without their babies.
