Hooray! Circle Yoga is offering in-person and virtual classes for prenatal and postnatal yoga students. Proof of vaccination with booster and masks are required for prenatal and postnatal yoga classes. At this time, in-studio class size is limited to 12 participants. The combined Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga class offers pregnant and postpartum people the opportunity to relax, build strength and flexibility, and feel more comfortable in their changing bodies both before and after giving birth. Classes include movement and breathing practices, relaxation techniques, and mind/body awareness. The Prenatal and Postnatal class is mixed-level (beginners welcome!) and open to people in all stages of pregnancy and starting at about 6 weeks postpartum.
The in-studio class is for vaccinated adult students only; if you'd like to practice with your baby nearby, please join us via Zoom.
Baby and Me Yoga

Baby and Me Yoga combines postpartum strength-building exercises and breath-based relaxation for adults as well as gentle movement for babies. In this one-hour session, you'll get the chance to bond with your baby, move, stretch, build strength, and connect with fellow new parents. Mothers, fathers, caregivers, and babies all welcome. Classes are designed for babies 6 weeks to pre-crawling. Postpartum parents are welcome to attend without their babies.
Fully vaccinated students may attend in-person, and we'll also livestream the class on Zoom. Masks are required. Drop-ins are welcome, space permitting.
