July 2005
Dear Friends,
Summertime brings a welcome change of routine for many of us here in DC, with school out, children home or in camp and maybe even the opportunity to get away from the heat for a few days or weeks. My own favorite summer activities include climbing into bed while the sun is still out, and not wearing a watch. I hope you get a chance to enjoy the slower pace of life this summer and find time to cool off with some yoga at one of our classes or workshops.
For the summer, all Circle Yoga adult classes will offered as usual, as well as a new Wednesday 7:30 p.m. Relax and Restore class with Johanna.
In place of our kids Budding Yogis class schedule, we are offering a Family Weekend, on July 9 & 10, a brand new Gardening and the Arts Kids Camp, July 25-29, and there is still space in our Mindful Learning and Yoga Camps, August 1-5 and August 8-12. All these activities offer newcomers, as well as our enthusiastic regulars, a chance to sample and enjoy our come-as-you are approach to yoga, and learn what it’s all about.
Our Family Weekend:

11am Family Yoga (ages 3-6) with Linda
4pm Teen Yoga with Annie
Sunday, July 10
