• New iPhone/iPad App helps Teens find Mindfulness. Take a Chill – Stressed Teens includes tools to help teens manage stress and help them include mindful practices in their daily routine. The short mindful exercises and activities are intended to help teens manage daily stress-for example, when they’re studying for tests. They can also help teens develop positive attitudes and prevent negative thoughts and patterns from developing.
